Our TSM serves as a direct, single point of contact for Jail and Correctional Staff, inmates and inmates' families. Our TSM is on premise and aware of the day-to-day System operations to provide informed guidance to inmates and their families. Customer Service calls are not routed to a remote location to an operator unaware of your facility's activities.

- Coordinating on-site operations
- Scheduling on-site repairs
- Performing diagnostic tests
- Preparing system updates and reports as required by designated Facility Staff
