We are a team of people intent on bringing integrity to the inmate telephone industry. Attention to detail, crystal clear accountability and our diligent pursuit of the near perfect customer experience are all important components of our hands-on management philosophy.

What we are interested in, is providing you a trustworthy system platform, first-rate service, and outstanding results we all can be proud of.

"Superior System/Superior Service/Superior Results" – embodies our pledge to do the right things, the right way.

We start by doing the right things – implementing a Superior System. We provide the latest technology and the best, proven equipment designed and assembled for your specific needs. A solid platform that will meet or exceed your expectations. We do the right things.

We follow through by doing things right – providing Superior Service. From our pre-installation procedures, through cut-over, to daily operations- we are there every step of the way, proactively monitoring, analyzing, and managing the system. Our Telecommunications Site Manager (TSM) is "on top" of the system at all times. We do things right.

We deliver – achieving Superior Results. Little to no system down time, maximized revenue, fair call costs, and outstanding customer service without any inconvenience to you and your staff. We do the right things, the right way.

The truth of the matter is, we care. "Superior System/Superior Service/Superior Results" is not just a tagline printed on our letterhead. It is truly what drives us everyday.

Our History
DC TeleSystems began as a division of La Follette and Associates, Inc., a national Inmate Telephone Management and Auditing Company. La Follette and Associates were reviewing inmate telephone records and uncovered significant discrepancies in telephone billing revenues that had previously gone undetected. In one case, revealing over two million dollars of lost revenue to one facility. La Follette and Associates went on to successfully recoup literally millions of dollars on behalf of correctional facilities across the country. The auditing results were so astonishing, that DC TeleSystems was established to provide the service and accountability where other companies had failed.
